Where work slows

Where the day goes.

  1. Problem 1 of 4. A good lead comes in and sits there, because nobody has an hour to set it up.

  2. Problem 2 of 4. The proposal form comes back half done, so you ask again, or you type it in yourself.

  3. Problem 3 of 4. Someone knows which insurer to approach. The problem is finding them.

  4. Problem 4 of 4. Three quotes, three formats, and you rebuild them all before you can advise.

New business

This is a Tuesday at your brokerage.

Follow one enquiry from lead to quote: the email that starts it to the advice you send. Every answer keeps a link back to where it came from.

Capture the lead

Stage 1 of 5. A new enquiry comes in. Morefold fills in the key details for you.

The product's mailbox intake: an enquiry classified from connected mail is proposed as a new lead, with the client, contact, line of business, location and renewal date already filled in from the email, waiting for the broker to add it.

The product's proposal form: eighteen of twenty-four questions are already filled, each carrying the number of sources behind it, while the remaining gaps sit empty for the client to complete.

Go to market

Stage 3 of 5. Your own record of who writes what comes into the file. Each submission is prepared the way that insurer takes it.

Select markets

3 of 5 chosen
  • Vero Portal Appetite confirmed 6 days ago Writes
  • CGU Portal Placed 4 times this year Writes
  • QBE Email Referred: work at heights Prefers
  • Zurich Declines work above three storeys Declines
  • Allianz No submissions on file No appetite recorded
Filling 2 insurer portals, emailing 1 referral Review before sending
The product's market selection: five insurers listed with the appetite this brokerage has recorded for each, two writing this risk, one preferring it, one declining it and one with no appetite on file. Three are chosen, and their submissions are being prepared in the channel each market takes: two insurer portals filled in, and an email drafted to the underwriter for the one that referred.

Compare terms

Stage 4 of 5. Quotes are compared side by side, with key differences highlighted for the broker to review.

Comparison grid

3 flagged
Vero CGU QBE
Premium & excess $4,180 / $1,000 $3,940 / $2,500 $4,610 / $1,000
Public liability limit $20m $10m $20m
Products liability $20m $10m Not covered
Work at heights To 3 storeys No limit No limit
Flagged differences (3) Mark reviewed
The product's comparison grid: three quotes are aligned question by question, with a halved public liability limit and a height restriction flagged as meaningful differences and one document marked as not covering products liability. No column is recommended: the grid ends at the difference and the broker decides.

Broker decides

Stage 5 of 5. The recommendation is ready. The broker reviews it, makes the final call and sends it to the client.

Quote recommendation

  • CGU $3,940 $10m Products Liability · $2,500 excess
  • QBE $4,610 Products Liability not included

Why Vero

Vero is $240 more than CGU, but provides a $20m Products Liability limit and no height restriction for fit-out work.

Broker note

The broader cover better matches the work you undertake, despite the slightly higher premium.

3 quote schedules attached

Reject Edit & Approve
The product's approval review for a client quote recommendation: three quotes listed with their premium and the coverage facts that separate them, the dearest marked as the recommended option, a short written rationale and a drafted broker note, the three quote schedules attached, and an approve-and-send action that sends it to the client.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What is Morefold?

Morefold is an AI new-business platform for Australian insurance brokerages. It prepares each enquiry’s next step, from lead to quote, and any action that reaches a client or insurer waits for a broker.

Who is Morefold for?

Australian insurance brokerages today. It is built to extend to other broker-led businesses over time, but insurance is the focus now.

Does Morefold replace my broker management system?

No. Morefold works alongside the systems you already use.

What can Morefold connect to?

Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Gmail and Outlook. Your files and messages stay where they are, and Morefold works with them there.

Is my data safe?

Structured tenant records are stored in an Australian database. Files and AI processing can involve providers outside Australia. See the Trust page for details.

Is this financial or legal advice?

No. Morefold provides software, not advice. AI output is not financial, insurance or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer of any financial product, and Morefold does not hold an Australian financial services licence. Insurance advice remains the responsibility of licensed brokers and advisers.

How do I start?

We are onboarding a small number of Australian brokerages as design partners. Request a demo.

Where does new business slow down in your brokerage?

Half an hour, one real enquiry, and a straight answer on whether this helps you.
